Coming back to SP is allowing me to realize the power in food and exercise that became so faded over the last few months since I've been away. I started making my favorite breakfast power drink again today, and WOW!, I remember now why I never left the house without it before!
Need a quick breakfast to give you some long-term energy and nutrients, try this:
In a blender:
1 cup unsweetend almond milk
1 medium banana
1 serving Raw Protein power
This keeps me going all the way to lunchtime with no cravings and it tastes like a shake!
