Yes you read that correct! I was looking around my settings on SP and I noticed that my BMI is now (as of weight loss today) Overweight!! emoticon I left Obese and I am NEVER EVER going back!!!!
I never thought I would be happy to say that I am overweight, but it is better than Obese any day. This goes to show how we need to take every small victory and emoticon with it. I hope you are doing as well today and found your silver lining, because there ALWAYS is one. You just have to look for it.

    Now you have given me a new goal-----to be OVERWEIGHT!!! It will be a great goal to go from morbid obese to obese and finally to OVERWEIGHT. So I guess for now, I need to have the 1st goal to be Obese. Step by step, day by day! emoticon

    Thats amazing. I remember getting on my Wii fit the first time and it actually said in that really silly voice. Baump Baump....You are obese! No matter what voice says that it is aweful. Congrats...hopefully I will be there soon,cuz I dont need the abuse from the game I paid so much for! lol
