And my favorite SP workout is the same as SWANATOPIA's - Coach Nicole's 11 Minutes Seated Cardio workout. Right now, I am unable to work out much in a standing position becasue of my feet - so this workout does really well by me!!! 1436 days ago
My absolute favorite Spark People video is Coach Nichol's 11-Minute Seated Cardio Workout. I have this workout as a shortcut on my desktop and I use it for those days when I am just so unmotivated! I click the shortcut without thinking about it, roll back my chair and start moving with the chair exercises!
Usually after the 11 minute workout....I am sweating and ready for my daily workout routine! This video keeps me on track and helps motivate me everyday....I consider it to be my warm-up for days that want to pass me by!
