I've been trying to stick with my program. Since school is getting ready to start, I find it harder to find time to exercise. I also haven't been making the healthiest food choices. I slip up every now and then, but I always try to get back on track the next day.
I feel leaner and more in shape since I've started. However, I haven't really lost a lot of weight. Maybe around 4 pounds since I started. My lack of weight loss results doesn't really bother me. I find it to be motivating. I want to push myself harder and make healthier choices to get better results.
