Well, I didn't get to my core or abwork yesterday and not sure if I will today either. But I met all of my other goals from yesterday! Did my 50 min of tae bo, did all my stretches, stuck to my nutrition plan, and drank about 135 ounces of water!

I'll be running around a lot today so probably won't have as much time to get a lot of working out in so here are my goals for today.
1. Stick to my nutrition plan
2. Drink over 100 ounces of water
3. Do EITHER 50 min tae bo dvd or an hour of walking/jogging
4. Do stretches
5. Do ab corework from yesterday
