Busy, Stressed ---- and fat

It has been really crazy the last couple of weeks. It seems like I am always at my new job trying to sort out messes. My Husband has been gone on business trips - and the business didn't end up working out. Our house was robbed. And my husband just got into a car wreck.

It suffices to say, I've been eating out a bit. I've barely been staying in my calorie zone.

Anyone have good ideas for getting fit under pressure? I sure could use them!

    That is a great idea! I really just need to use the crock pot more to ensure I have something tasty to eat! I've been trying to do the spark people diet, but am having some difficulty since some of it isn't stuff you make ahead of time; I'm sure crock pot supplementation should work just fine!!

    Oh sweetie! I am so sorry to hear about everything that's been going on! I really don't have any ideas, I'm just starting my journey. I do know that when I'm going to have a busy day, the crock pot is my best friend. There's a million things I can put in it (like 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, a jar of salsa and a taco seasoning packet) and like magic, 8 hours later I have a dinner that just needs whole wheat tortillas and low fat cheese.
