I know some days my being perky makes you groan. It's okay, I still love you! Today on Spark Coach they talked about having a meal plan for all meals. I know breakfast and lunch are now pretty easy for you!
Smoothies, toast, egg, tuna sandwich or Greek yogurt. Just don't forget to eat lunch and pay attention to when your hungry. **Ignoring that hunger only makes you over eat when dinner comes.
Dinner is the toughest!
But your Hubby helped planned the meals for this week, you have everything you need. Breath, they are healthy and if you eat throughout the day you will be fine, you know it!
Taco's last night, good girl! Now freeze that extra meat for another time and tonight it's chicken stir fry with Brown rice.
PS Make your Hubby's lunch for tomorrow, if he eats any more McDonalds, or Burger King he will be in the bathroom all night.
