Dear Hanah emoticon,

I know some days my being perky makes you groan. It's okay, I still love you! Today on Spark Coach they talked about having a meal plan for all meals. I know breakfast and lunch are now pretty easy for you! emoticon

Smoothies, toast, egg, tuna sandwich or Greek yogurt. Just don't forget to eat lunch and pay attention to when your hungry. **Ignoring that hunger only makes you over eat when dinner comes.

Dinner is the toughest! emoticon But your Hubby helped planned the meals for this week, you have everything you need. Breath, they are healthy and if you eat throughout the day you will be fine, you know it!

Taco's last night, good girl! Now freeze that extra meat for another time and tonight it's chicken stir fry with Brown rice.

PS Make your Hubby's lunch for tomorrow, if he eats any more McDonalds, or Burger King he will be in the bathroom all night. emoticon

Off you go Angel Face I love you even when you don't want to believe it!! emoticon

    Your planning meals! Yeah! I love it when my husband gets involved with all this Spark stuff. He's been such a good sport! Doesn't it make it easier to plan and have some things already prepared?

    The meal plans worked so well for me this summer. DH has spent the last two evenings pulling together anything he can find in the fridge and throwing it together in a salad. I am salad'd out. I like that you are freezing the left over meat for next time
I hope you have something wonderful planned for the weekend! I'll be able to spend more time on SP and catch up with you (and Pin) then, dear friend!

    Another beautiful letter, Hanah. I had to giggle out loud when I read the first line...I feel the same way some days. Great job at working on those meal plans. I find planning my whole week in advance has been very helpful to keep me on track. Keep up the great work, you're amazing!
