Ugh-every time I say I'm going to do something I never do it so I'm going to be real careful about what I write here!
I started eating clean this week-I'm on day 3 and I feel like I'm doing something wrong because it's going so well! I found some meal plans online and I circled all the things I'd eat or would try to eat and went food shopping this weekend and got everything I needed. I'd like to say my main reason for starting this was to get healthy...but it wasn't, it was to lose some weight. Now that I've started though I really do want to get healthy. The best thing about this eating clean thing is that surprisingly I'm never hungry-which was the problem with all the other "diets" I've been on-I was always starving and inevitably I'd go on some binge and that would be the end of the diet. I gave myself two weeks of clean eating to really give it good shot-after that I'll reassess and see if I can continue or not. I'll be back for an update soon. Have any of you tried clean eating? Have any good recipes I should try?
