It has always been my opinion that the only way to be successful with weight loss is to enjoy the things you are eating. And, in my case...as if dieting wasn't hard enough all by itself...I also need to have the illusion of being full when I have my evening meal so that I don't go on an eating binge at 8 o'clock at night. That mission has proven elusive, at best. It has been a long, difficult struggle to find foods that leave me feeling full, but also tastes good, AND is low in calories. I have found through trial and error that I can stick to my diet from breakfast until dinner time. But...dinner has to be a meal that I find satisfying and filling. Still working on it.
