It was August 19. In one year I have made it to Level 15. Only kept a few pounds off, but learned a lot and developed some better habits. I exceeded my goal of 1000 miles of exercise in a year, with 398.81 in 2011 plus 685.89 by August 19 for total of 1084.7 miles for the year. Woohoo! That's from walking, cycling, and Gazelle-ing.
