After what I just did, my answer to that question would be YES!! Why you ask? Well AS much as I was looking forward to getting back to normal today, I was thrown off a bit due to having 1 of the munchkins at 6:15 this morning(usually it's not until later,much later)!! So I skipped my morning workout. With the getting up early, making sure the kids ate breakfast before they left, & the little one getting dropped off I was ready to sit & relax by the time the kids left & I got the breakfast mess cleaned up. The little one got picked up at 11:00 and will be back in a few hours. I didn't want to spend a whole hour dancing(I am hoping for a nap before she comes back).Soo I decided on a bike ride. Plus it's good cardio. Well.... I usually ride the bike that my hubby has today, so I decided to take my daughters. So what a bike's a bike right?Hmmm. I don't know about that. It wasn't too long into my journey that I realized the gears were wrong for what I am used to and I think the tires may have needed a bit of air. I tried & tried & tried to get those gears right. It never happened. i kept going & got in 20 minutes somehow. 30 minutes later the bright red color on my face was starting to fade back to normal, and almost an hour later my legs still feel like jello. So even though I only got in 20 minutes it felt like 60 & my heart was pounding so hard it felt like it may bust through my chest. Lol. Needless to say tonight after everybody comes home. All the bicycles will be getting tune ups. Air, oil, and gears checked out.
Now I am exhausted so I am going to try to squeeze in a refreshing nap before munchkin comes back & my kids get home from school. Have a great day spark friends.
