Changing it up...

Well, school is now back in session and now my routine must change also. I have been getting up at 5 a.m to workout but I will now be getting up at 4:30a.m in order to get to my gym by
5 a.m. so I can get my full hour workout in for the day. It's not to much or a time difference but 1/2 hour is a 1/2 hour of sleep for me. But I am very dedicated to working out now and honestly, this 1/2 doesn't phase me to to much. I like the way working out feels and I enjoy seeing the changes in my body and physique. I see my body getting more toned and less flabby...not really losing much weight but I know that my muscles are bouncing back quickly (as I used to be an avid gym freak before baby)..apparently, my muscles have not forgotten how to get in shape. So, I will do what I have to do for the school year and once summer is back in session I will lessen my load..but for now, I'm getting to that gym!
