The only goal that I set for myself is getting healthier and I have accomplished that. I have more energy and I can walk farther and faster. However, I was hoping to lose weight as well and I didn't accomplish that -- in fact this morning I weigh 0.8 lbs higher than when I started. This is disappointing because my weight actually dipped down during the challenge to a low I hadn't seen in a long time but this week it popped up again for some unexplicable reason. Yes, I had a few restaurant meals and ate some bread (which is not really on my program) but nothing to warrant the big swings iin my body weight. So I have to keep my focus and remember the numbers are not as important as my health and that seems to be improving.
