so i actually was able to get up before 9 am :).
and i weighed my self, scale said i dropped another 1 1/2 pounds :) so..thats 9.5 pounds in 2 weeks, im happy :) loving it, no heartburn, lower back doesnt hurt anymore (exercise helps) though there is a side effect to drinking all the water :P ill take it, and im starting to enjoy my workouts lol, who would have thunk it????
i found another neat one im going to try
its under the fitness section(duh ) lol its another seated one, but you can do it at work to, you use a resistance band, going to try this 1 along with my reg seated cardio...:)
