Two steps forward, one step back, two steps forward, one step back, then forward again!!!
SIMPLIFY my life: was my new years' resolution, and I'm still going at it. Stepping forward...
I've made small, constant changes and I'm working my way back to prioritizing my health again!
S-I-M-P-L-I-F-Y at this time means:
S sort (and mostly get rid of) stuff in and around the house- about 1/2 way done!
I mmerse myself in positive vibes and energy. Read books. Meditate. Surround myself with positive people. Live the positive life!
M otorcycle: bought myself a nice 1100 Vstar in May! Make time and opportunities to ride it now!
P rioritize: back to working 4 days/week since June 1st-yay!
L ive up to my REAL goals and not lose sight of them, each and every day. Time goes by so fast (yes- I've made my bucket list- may as well get a head start!)
I dentify stressors and decide if they are really worth stressing about, if so, do something about them
F amily and Friends: watch and partake in the kids childhoods, as they become young men! Appreciate and call my friends and family!
Y umminess: enjoying and being grateful for what each day has to offer, including the challenges
