Yesterday I decided to start a running program. To let you know, I hate running, but I know it is good for me. I am going to start slow and see how long I can go. Before I start running, I am going to walk my dogs first. One is young and engized and the other dog is old and I have to be careful with him. So I am on my way to running today. I ran around the block which is what I walk with my dogs.
I stretched before I started of course. It was less than a run. I guess I would call it a sprint. Anyway, I did it at 57 yoa and haven't exercised other than walking the dogs and floor exercises. It took me 20 minutes. I think that is pretty good for an old lady. Continue on tomorrow.
