haven't been keeping track but I would say it is week 5.5. I have not lossed any weight, I still bounce from my "new normal" of 160 -+. I am not excited that I have a new high normal. I eat what I should for the most part.
I started heavy lifting yesterday. Maxing out at 5-8 reps is my goal. I did that and abrx for a total of 55 minutes. I ate like a horse at dinner- ate out for a birthday. Almost could feel myself metabolizing food as I ate. Was down by 1/2 a lb this morning. Weird.I am following a weight lifting program. So I will see if it m akes me leaner.
Can't tellif the BBV stuff if worth it. Still need to go to a dietitian.
