The goal for the rest of this week is a minimum of 18,000 steps. This morning I walked for an hour and I'll get out after supper (if not storming but do love all the rain) for another 30 minutes. In the meantime I have a trip to Walmart scheduled and regular household stuff. I used to walk the perimeter of a store every time I went in before I started shopping - will need to start that again. A super Walmart is a great place to start!
