Well, it has been a couple of weeks since my last entry. Didn't know what to write. Even though it's on my page, I'm saying it again-I'VE LOST 7 LBS!!!!! I'm still thrilled and I keep this in mind every time I want to give in to eating not-so-healthy. Now that I have to eat gluten free, I don't really have that much 'bad' stuff in the house, so it's been fairly easy to stick to eating well. The new problem I've found in the past week, is overeating the things that I've found to be so delicious.
With being on summer break, my eating schedule...well, there really hasn't been one. I'm trying to get back to a schedule this week, so that next week I'm not so hungry between meals.
I'm going camping with my family this weekend and really looking forward to it! Since realizing I had a gluten allergy, I've been gluten free for 4 weeks. I've not planned in advance for meals and am a little nervous that I won't plan enough and be hungry.
I am having a hard time DECIDING on what meals to take. Cost is also an issue. I need to keep the meals simple and rather cheap this weekend. Anyone have any suggestions on what to take that will ALSO be fun to eat? Thanks!
