Day 3 - plyo xt???what?

i figured out really quickly he meant legs..
LOTS and LOTS of lunges and squats.

not gonna lie.. there was about 5 minutes in the middle of this workout where i thought to myself.. SCREW THIS i cant do it :(
but it is one of the harder workouts and my Tapout coach coaxed me back into giving it my all, even if my all wasnt going as fast as everyone else. and im glad i did :)
drenched in sweat and couldnt be happier :)
well.. maybe if i had a pizza right now i would be a little happier lol :P

breakfast: special k bar, 10 ritz crackers..i know. :/
lunch: half a hot dog and an asian chicken salad YUM
Dinner: banana and greens shake w/ agave nectar.
