After almost 5 weeks of sticking to my low-carb program and fitness plan I am now seeing - and feeling- the results. 5.6kgs (12.3lb) down.
I had some very discouraging days where I did not know whether all this effort was worth it. I am feeling so motivated today - as if I can actually feel the spark! I am so grateful to sparkpeople for helping me through this. I am on my last 2 days of the free trial for sparkcoach. I am signing up for sure! It has helped me so much.
I still have a long way to go but I just know I can do this. I am going to work on making my own vision collage today.
