My Quick & Easy Go-To Meals

A couple of weeks ago, I joined the SparkCoach team. Many of you know that I recently lost my home to a fire. Since then I have lost my focus and my goals don't seem to be important. I am in the process of changing my goals and will be listing them soon, but the motivation hasn't been there. Soo - i joined SparkCoach. It is helping alot and if I need advice from one of the coaches it is there!
Now for today's assignment - My quick&easy go-to meals. Since I do my chopping monthly, I try to have things ready in the freezer. Cincinnati Chili made in double batches, spaghetti sauce and lots of chicken breasts (skinless of course) and always close at hand. I also spend a day prepping ingredients for other meals.
I am also trying many new SparkRecipes to my DH delight. Let's see where this new phase of my journey takes me!
