Who else thinks you should get extra points for working out when you don't want to? Also who thinks it is about time they update the goodie selection!?
Okay, so the work outs are going great. Hiking uphill 2 to 3 times a week, running 2-3 miles 2-3 times per week, stairmaster 2-3 times per week and racking up points on Just Dance. Will start adding strength training soon, did a kettle bell work out this morning.
I figure I have a long way to go before anyone has a clue that I am working out at all, but I know what I am doing...coming home with drenched clothes. Super fit from mid thigh down, slowly creeping upward, slowly but I feel confident if I stick to my resolve, IT will resolve.
I feel great, sleeping great and not feeling that old sucky feeling about yourself when you know what you should be doing but you're not. Just to have that peace of mind is worth all the effort. The scale hasn't budged, but I am dealing with some thyroid issues...hope that is part of the hang up, that issue can be tweaked.
So, no earth shattering progress visually, but my head is on straight...I am 99% there.
