100 calories - 1 mile walk during work
REAKFAST--1 EGG, 1 SLICE TOAST, 1/2 BANANA
LUNCH--1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE (OR 1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE), 1 HARD BOILED EGG, 5 SALTINE CRACKERS
DINNER--2 HOT DOGS, (no buns), 1 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 CUP CARROTS, 1/2 BANANA, 1/2 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM
So my back is still out of order. It is feeling better this afternoon but I wish it was better quicker. I don't want to go too long without exercising because I do not want to get out of habit and loose motivation. I do have to say I am happy about my weight loss form day 1. Down 2.5 lbs without getting to exercise. I look forward to tomorrow's scale reading. I also look forward to my Alumni package coming in the mail so I can go to the college gym and start working out. I really really want to start weight lifting again because I am getting flabby.
