Today was pretty good. I had a small breakfast (using up a leftover) and coffee, a big salad with leftover steak for lunch (little tiny steak as it turned out), chicken marsala for dinner with broccoli. So now I have lunch sorted for two days because I made extra chicken tonight as well as having another steak for salad. No extraneous snacks today and no alcohol; lots of water.

I've had a headache all day and I'm not sure if it's related to diet change or just a headache. It finally just went away mostly (at 10pm).

I did not make going to the gym a priority today. I finished up at the client site too soon to stop work so I came home and then didn't feel like going back out. Oh well.

Today the scale was down four pounds but I expect that's just ditching the bad food and beer from Sunday.
