Today was just a strange day. For some odd reason I was tired at work and could not stop eating. I hate days like that. I think that when I have breakfast at home, that is when I feel that way. If I have breakfast at work, I'm fine for the rest of the day. I'm going to test this theory out for the rest of the week.
Since I'm a member of Bob Harper's website, I decided to print out all of the exercises he has post for the past 21 weeks. That's 3 exercises a week. I told myself that I would start doing them this week. I have done the first 2 already. I'm feeling pretty good about them and I hope to continue them. On the days that I'm not do those exercises, I will be walking around my complex or down at the fitness center on the treadmill. I also plan on doing some of my DVD's that are collecting dust on those off days.
