PT Schedule

After much dilberation, my son and I finally settled on doing PT on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I had to drag his buttocks out of bed Saturday morning, and he made a half hearted attempt on the elliptical trainer and didn't quite do a whole 30 minutes. I did my 30 and then did a mess of arm exercises on the weight machines.

Today was much better for both of us. Josh ran on the tread mill and did his pull ups and arm exercises. I did my 30 on the elliptical and also did some more arm exercises.

I'm really happy that we are doing this together. It's great motivation to have someone work out with me. My mood has been more cheerful and the small amount of back aches (which really aren't that bad) I have when I sleep are hardly there anymore.

I really want to go hiking for our PT Saturday morning. There's one trail in particular that I love. It's a gradual incline up the foothills and is great for cardio. Of course, I'll have to drag Josh's butt out of bed, but it will be worth it.
