Day One a Lesson Learned

Yesterday was my first day back at SP and I eagerly entered my food into the tracker. Breakfast was OK and I was very proud of myself then for lunch a salad.
I was on a roll then dinner time arrived. I thought I might be in a bit of trouble here when my God daughter stopped by unexpectedly to take us to dinner at Agave but, I couldn't refuse. I decided to just eat lean foods like grilled beef, chicken and shrimp. Yep, that's right I ate all three and when I went to enter my day into the tracker I discovered my Johnny Rocker Club Salad (light lunch) was well over 600 calories and my dinner took up a whole days calories. To bad I didn't have any left for the day.
What a great day it was! I learned something new (plan what you eat in advance) and drank all of my water. I am already making progress.
