I have to admit since hurting my knee about 1 1/2 months ago my motivation has plummetted. I have been eating OK and the weight drops slowly....until this week....I gain 3lbs and that smacked me in the face to wake me up....I need to be on SP more logging my food religiously and get out walking like I used to when I could run....I have been cleared to walk so no excuses....I went for a 2 mile walk tonight and did my fastest pace....I'm back baby!
