Day 49/50 of Personal Challenge

Today was good despite how tired I am. Today's milestone is that I really wanted ice cream after dinner and instead I opted for a glass of tea and two pieces of dark chocolate. Today's not so great choice was eating popcorn which was not on the menu. I think I may start thinking about my days as a menu. What is available to eat? Not processed foods? Hum?? This is a thought.

Today's plan:

emoticon6:00am - wake up and take a shower
emoticon6:15am - drink a cup of coffee
emoticon6:30am - ab workout
emoticon8:00am - breakfast (green smoothie)
emoticon12:30pm - lunch (2 cups broccoli, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1/4 cup low sodium beef broth, 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce, 1 cup brown rice, greek yogurt & mandarin oranges)
4:00pm - snack (popcorn)
5:30pm - cardio (TOO TIRED)
emoticon6:30pm - dinner (pork chops, corn on the cob & salad with zero calorie dressing)
emoticon9:30pm - bed

Tomorrow's plan:

6:00am - wake up and take a shower
6:15am - drink a cup of coffee
6:30am - yoga
8:00am - breakfast (tbd)
12:30pm - lunch (2 oz turkey, 1 slice swiss, 1 cup green pepper, 1/4 cup tomato, corn on the cob)
4:00pm - snack (tbd)
5:30pm - cardio (tbd)
6:30pm - dinner (homemade black bean & chicken tacos)
9:30pm - bed

    You are very inspiring! I love the idea of thinking of your days as menus! It would help me to think "that chocolate cakes not on the menu today, but it can be tomorrow!" also congrats on not giving into your craving tonight!
