In this blog I will show what my goals were for the challenge and how I have done. I have really enjoyed being on the Lemon Team. It is a group of very supportive people. I was so happy when I was invited to become a co-leader for the team. YAY :) I am looking forward to our Fall Challenge. GO LEMONS!!!!!!!!!!!
So here were my goals for the challenge:
Short Term Goals:
-Lose 15 pounds for the challenge
-Finish my daily exercises before Noon everyday
-Be in bed before 10:30 pm
-My kids exercise with me at least3 days a week
How did I do?
I am reallllllly hoping to lose 15 pounds .. my weigh in is in the morning. I am very close to that 15 so I think I might get it!

I did not sleep well AT ALL FOR THE WHOLE CHALLENGE.. My insomnia is back.. ARGGG
Most weeks my kids did exercise with me-- YAY!

I only have to lose 0.6 lbs to make my 15 pound goal for the challenge.... LET'S DO IT!
I really wanted my cardio and strength training minutes to be more for week 10 but I am still pleased.
It is strange because on my Wednesday weekly weigh-ins I never had a gain.... but on my weekly Sunday weigh-ins on my spark page I have some gains. That shows you how much our weights fluctuate throughout the week.. CRAZY!
Maybe I should just weigh in on Wednesdays... lol

So my overall feeling about the challenge. I feel that if my sleep was better that I would have done better on the challenge. I am still proud of myself ... The past couple of months have been super stressful.
