  I have the same anxieties with making phone calls I HATE it!!!! I really avoid it at all costs, especially when its gonna be about something I'm not familiar with.

    Thank you for saying water...I need more water today too! emoticon Shaqwefa the water bottle LOL. Yummy fruit salad. I always have cut cantelope around my house. Girlie add me on facebook! Sara Anderson in Grayson GA. ( I know...random) It's funny in my body pump class the instructor will be like "are you guys feeling this?" or "are you guys ok out there?" and the response is total silence. LOL. WE CAN'T BREATHE LADY! LOL. Proud of you for your mad phone skillz! Yoga is awesome. Sorry I don't know of a basic DVD. All the ones I know of KICK my BOOTY!!

    great vlog! I know exactly what you mean about people talking to you after you work out, david tries to talk to me sometimes at the gym while im doing squats on the machine and it's like, hello! can't struggle for breath and talk at the same time.

I saw the pics of the kids aftermath of painting on facebook, LOL they looked like they has a blast and a half. You are braver then I, i would not wanna clean up after that.

Keep up the awesome work, I love your vlogs and I need to catch up which I hope to do by this weekend.

Catch on the flip side home slice! LOL did I say that right? :p

PS: I think I already know your birthday because I read it on heather's blog comments so I'm not going to say because I feel like that's cheating :p but I will say you'll always be number one in by books.

    I know what you are saying about hubby, you just don't want him to struggle or get to a point where it's overwhelming. You are saying it out of love and the fact you care for him. I totally understand. :D

Happinana rocks my world for rocking the 16's. I'm on my way to an 18 but not quite there, I can't wait for us to join happinana in the 16's. :D

I hate the out of breath stuff. It'll get better and better my dear, I know it. :D

I'm gonna guess Sept 11 cuz of your hint, but HapiNanna takes the cake! :D :D

    Love keeping up to date with you. You are fabulous!! You are on the right track with stretching exercises. That was my first Choice and was glad that I chose it. It really makes you feel better all the way around. I went through that thing with the hubby not wanting to do any activity after getting home. I had to learn to take care of myself and let go of wanting to have him enter into activities with me. I couldn't wait for him to get on the move with me. Then when I did go ahead on my own hr started to do a few things with me. So, go on your own and he will join in later on.

There are a lot of free beginner yoga classes and poses on YouTube, just type that in, you'll find them and of course they're free. I think Coach Nicole may have one also. I've tried yoga, and I'm just not ready yet. Not quite strong enough. But, I definitely want to do it along with pilates emoticon emoticon
I'm learning to visualize in my head my goals... it's damn hard! Oh well, some day, huh?
Well keep vlogin and keepin me informed, cuz I care!! emoticon emoticon
