I always do my workout in the morning before heading off to work. However, I woke up irritable, sleepy, and weak. I did about 30 minutes of my workout, then quit. It's better than nothing, but I don't want to lose momentum.
So, what else can I do today to keep on track? I'm counting my calories carefully. I chose to do some projects at work that kept me walking most of the day. I'm blogging on Sparkpeople.com. I'm going to choose carefully tonight when I meet my friends. And, I'm going to bed early, so I don't wake up irritable tomorrow morning!
