I have found that it is indeed helpful to post to the boards and to update my blog and sparkpage. Mostly because you wonderful folks answer! That is so encouraging.
I want to create and track a streak of adding 2 minutes a day to my exercise. I can't find out how to do that. Wonder if anyone can tell me about it.
Also a new friend has a streak of saving a dollar a day. How do I create a similar streak?
