Create your own vision collage

Tuesday, August 21, 2012

I watched the video from Spark Guy on my Spark Coach Day#12, he spoke about doing a vision collage of your goals. I had read about this but never took the time or thought it was such a powerful tool.
I worked on it since Sunday and finish yesterday, hung it by my treadmill, this morning while working out I kept looking at it and try to read as many quotes as I could read while fast walking.
By the time I finish my workout I was so pumped I was jogging part of the time....lol! 8 month ago I was not able to walk for more than 2 minutes at the speed of 3.5 and if it inclined more than 3% I had to take it down manually, oh! I was hanging on for dear life to the handles.
My treadmill is probably saying: "What's up with this old lady????"
Any ways try it and you will see a Big Boost of Motivation.
Thank you! Chris emoticon

I'm thinking about taking a picture of my doctor smiling and enlarging it to post on my wall. On second thought, maybe I should take a photo of him frowning at me and post it on the frig.

Hello and thank you for this blog!! I need to get to work and do a vision collage. Also I was going to try out the coach thing but now I know it is payments direct, I won't waste my time. I am doing okay on my own although it sounds wonderful and would be added motivation. I will save my money and keep up my routine. Slow but sure said the turtle to the hare! All the best to you. emoticon emoticon

It is a good thing to have something to actually look at and SEE to help push us along.
