It's a little weird but one of my favorite things while working out is the sheen of sweat all over my arms and chest. I know I am doing something right when I am sweating that much.
Worked out a couple times yesterday.
I have the Burn Machine Speed Bag Intermediate, check it out if you haven't already, it's really great for a quick 7 minute workout any time. Chatted up my sister and mom while doing 2 sets of 7 minutes. I also really like adding it to the end or middle of my normal routine.
My workout is basically a mix of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Drills that I did when I was taking the classes.
Rolling drills
Triangle Drills
Armbar Drills
Shadow Boxing
and the rest is basic Push-ups, squats, and weight training
