OK - I weigh in at WW tomorrow after work. I'm interested to see the scale. I have been weighing in every day at home just to help me stay on track. It helps to remind me every morning of what I am working towards.
I overslept and missed workout class this morning :(
But that's ok - I plan to sweat it out on the elliptical and with some "just dance" tonight.
I have been trying to plan out my meals according to a points allowance I have given myself for that time of day. I have been reading various weight loss blogs online to help with my motivation too. Nothing gets me more inspired than reading about other people's struggles and successes. I know that I'm not alone in this.
