FOR THE LAST TEN WEEKS IT HAS BEEN UP AND DOWN WITH EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY MY WEIGHT. IT HAS BEEN MOSTLY UP. BUT I WILL NOT QUIT. I WILL CONTINUE AND I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK.
THIS HAS BEEN A STRANGE SUMMER SO HOT AND DRY. MY GARDEN HAS FAILED SO NO GARDEN EXERCISE . I AM HELPING MY HUBBY WITH RENTAL MOBILE HOME REMODELING. SO THAT IS KEEPING ME BUSY BUT JUST HANDING HIM THINGS NOT A LOT OF EXERCISE.
THINGS WILL TURN AROUND AND I WILL SUCCEED. I WILL DRINK ALL MY WATER . STARTED DOING THAT YESTERDAY. I AM GLAD I FOUND SPARKS AND I WILL CONTINUE WITH SPARKS. MY SPARKS FRIENDS ARE SUCH GOOD SUPPORT . I WANT TO THANK ALL OF MY SPARK FRIENDS FOR EVERYTHING.
So sorry about your garden and I know that the heat is too much. Just remember that sometimes we can do things in the home to help with weight loss., Now just remind me what they are LOL. 1920 days ago
Up and down is not fun but it is part of life. Life would be kind of boring if it was the same all the time. I know that with God's help and your Spark friends that you will achieve what you set out to do. I can't believe the Summer Challenge is almost over. I'm happy to see you joined the Fall Challenge as well. I have also had a case of ups and downs. Thankfully more downs than ups. We just have to keep reminding ourselves of the little steps that work together to create big change. You're on it with your water. I am so glad that I got to be a part of the Lemon Team. All of you are great !! I know it is hard and we may not see the numbers on the scale moving in the right direction all of the time but you are doing great because you are not giving up, you are continuing to move forward everyday...
