A recurring theme around these pages: dragging oneself (or for the more sprightly among us, hopping) back on the wagon. Boyfriend's birthday is over, time to get back on track. He's going back to school this week so getting back in to a routine with that will present enough of a challenge by itself. I am going to focus on being very accurate with my food tracking, no alcohol during the week, careful with snacks, and getting at least walking exercise in during the week.
