Yesterday I went and finally bought a battery for the scale. No more guessing with the wii. I hit goal! I lost 5lbs in 16 days. My next goal is to lose 5lbs by Sept 22- DH's birthday. It will be a challenge, with going back to school. My big problem is always that I practically have dinner at 4:30 when I get home, and I am soooo hungry. Actual dinnertime is around 6, so I have two dinners. I've got to think of a better plan. 1st of all, I will bring water to school and sign up for the water cooler. I may be simply worn out because I am thirsty. I also don't want to break the no pop habit. I will come home immediately and drink water. 2nd of all, I will have to plan a sit down snack, like a fruit salad or green salad, and have it ready to go. Even a protein bar. The kids need a really good little meal before soccer practice and band practice too. Finally, I will go for a walk before fixing dinner. I can manage 30 minutes and still have meals ready at 5:30. So water, salad, walk.
