So yesterday I decided to cut up a couple lemons that I had in the fridge and I took my gallon pitcher and squeezed them in there, then dropped the lemons them selfs and then filled it with water and placed it in the fridge. A couple hours later or so, I got me a glass and I fell in love with it. I had one glass before supper, and one with supper. I don't know if the lemon water helped me from eating a lot, but I didn't go back for seconds, which is rare for me I have been known to go back for seconds and thirds and some later so there isn't any left overs. After supper I had one or two more glasses of the lemon water and I had lots of energy. But, sadly, I didn't get a chance to use the energy for exercise. I googled lemon water last night and what I read said hot water and lemon, but for this exact second, I'm keeping mine cold.
Have any of you tried the lemon water diet? What's your thoughts and what not?
