So... I've been awful at my challenge lately. I did pretty ok the first couple days without tracking anything, but then not.
I'VE KILLED MY RUNNING! YAY! So there's that!!! WOOHOO! :D
But I really need to get on track with food. REALLY reallyreally. I have no excuses. I am trying to understand what is the deal with me and this whole thing but I don't get it. I think I just need to get in the habit again and stop trying to figure out some big reason why I'm not doing good at staying on it.
Less thinking. More doing!
