So... I've been awful at my challenge lately. I did pretty ok the first couple days without tracking anything, but then not.

I'VE KILLED MY RUNNING! YAY! So there's that!!! WOOHOO! :D

But I really need to get on track with food. REALLY reallyreally. I have no excuses. I am trying to understand what is the deal with me and this whole thing but I don't get it. I think I just need to get in the habit again and stop trying to figure out some big reason why I'm not doing good at staying on it.

Less thinking. More doing!

As for the eating... I feel the same way about doing rather than understanding- to some degree. It's good to find the triggers, but not to be stuck analyzing and essentially using that as an excuse!
