Did 45 mins of cardio this morning. I only have a hour to work out in the morning. I keep making a goal to do 15 mins of weights but I always sleep in those 15 mins so I only have time to do cardio. I also havent been going to bed early enough. My goal is to train myself to go to bed a little earlier and get those 15 mins of weights in or maybe try 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights.
