Tip 45 is

Stick with Kids’ Sizes

Want to enjoy some popcorn at the movies? Stick with a kids’ size bag (sans butter) to save about 200 calories. By today’s standards, “small” sizes are not very small, so it’s best to downgrade to a child’s size for a truly small-portioned treat. “Losing weight is not about eliminating your favorite foods; it’s about moderating your intake. When you stick with small amounts, you feel less deprived and more satisfied because you are managing your portions well,” says Batayneh.

I think kid's sizes are perfectly adequate and satisfying for most adults. I had when I'm in a restaurant and they specify the items on the kids menu are for 12 and under. Age discrimination? LOL

Great tip! Small IS better, especially when you've belonged to the CLEAN PLATE CLUB all your life! That also goes for finishing the entire package of whatever you're eating; so for me, investing in small bags of snacks, individual size juice cans, etc, is really the way to go.
