Day 2

So I did my day 2 today! Strength and force upper, ultimate abs
these are my two weakest areas so i was whining, but i pushed through, and i did try my hardest to motivate myself, as well as listen to my Tapout coach :) I can tell im gonna be hurtin tomorrow, which is what i want. 88 more days left, and 8 more days left till my first benchmark.
I cant give up! i'm happy that my attitude is still positive. even though my body hasnt caught up yet. and i know its going to be awhile until my body does catch up. Cant give up.
normally when i do a work out program, im always telling myself i cant do it..i cant do it. but this time..i CAN do it :D

i'm eating healthy too.
breakfast: pear/banana/clementine smoothie
snack: handful of raw organic almonds
lunch: santa fe salad, no cheese no tortilla strips.
Dinner:spinach/mixed spring greens/banana/agave nectar smoothie
a handful of granola to munch on
a spoonful of peanut butter for dinner.
