Well today is day one of the ZWOW 1-30 challenge. I completed ZWOW #1 in 17min 48 sec. This was one crazy workout. But I made it all 3 rounds. I did have to modify the exercises as I am not yet able to do full on push up and I can't do the pistol squats at all.
I also did 30 min on the rowing machine and 30 min on the stationary bike.
I am going to be sore tomorrow. But I will be ready for ZWOW #2.
