...I'm going to bed hungry, is that a good thing?
I hit my calorie goal and did a 30-minute work-out.
I think this is a good thing as I've probably been eating double, if not triple, the amount of calories I should have been over the last two weeks.
When I think about the cookies, the bread, the desserts, the pizza, the fried food, etc that I just PILED into my mouth...it makes me sick.

    Thanks guys. I like the hot tea idea. I travel a lot for work, so I don't have access to a a lot of things... but hot tea is doable. I try to drink water...I do...but I find it so frustrating! I like drinking it out of fun bottles though, so I try to carry a water bottle with me as often as possible.

    or hot herbal tea. Good Earth is a favorite of mine. Sweet and spicy, nothing added, just naturally flavorful! If the hunger is still bothering you try warm broth (about 5-10 calories a cup, watch out for sodium though, low or no salt is better. Anyway, warmth makes you feel satisfied sooner. emoticon Good night all!!
