    Tracking food makes all the difference in the world, at least for me. I'm glad it's helping you stay on track with your food intake. As for exercise, all that walking to and from classes definitely counts! Give yourself some of it on the tracker, even if you go with the 2 miles an hour and estimate an amount of time spent walking. I think you'd be surprised how quickly it adds up. But even if you don't track it, you are doing it and ultimately that's what counts. Grats on the weight loss! And I bet you did great on your exam on Friday! Have a fabulous week, I look forward to your next vlog.
