DS made it to college and has most of his unpacking done.
Band practice was very intense and he is tired. But it is a
good tired. The next 3 days, the practices are 12 hours long.
I had a great day and accomplished a lot. After chores, I worked
in the garden and found quite a lot to pick and take home.
The SparkCoach message was how to make the mosr of your
workouts. This can be done by mixing strength training with
cardio, doing intervals or circuit training. By mixing it up
you can do more in the same amount of time and increase
your chances of losing more weight. It always helps to have
a reminder to change and adjust the activity to use the time
you invest more wisely.
I guess this reflects in my workouts as I tend to mix cardio
and ST in the garden and doing the chores. Good information.
