First off, a side note. I've had the line "I be up in the gym/Just workin' on my fitness" stuck in my head for the past 2 days on and off. Why of all people is Fergie my current inspiration?
Anyways, it's been working. I ran for 35 minutes straight at 5.0 mph, finished day 1 of week 4 in my SP 5K. And I love my new shoes!
I usually end my workouts by saying "I work ooouut", like RedFoo from LMFAO. Today I added a dance because I'm just really pumped. I forgot it was my 2 month Sparkaversary on Friday. I feel really good about tracking for 2 months.
The sad thing, I came to the realization that I'm not going to make my goal of 120 by September 5. It's upsetting but I guess that means I have to work harder. I've noticed that I've been hovering around 131-133 lately, so perhaps I've plateaued? I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing until school starts. I'll look at my schedule and re-plan my exercise routine, with more intensity I think.
